Program Description

3 credits - SOWK 399b. This course has an online component to be completed in spring and culminates with the trip in May. The trip includes Spanish instruction that can be transferred back to Shepherd for 3 language credit. You will learn about the culture, economy and history of Cuba. You will sample the local food, take Latin dance lessons, participate on excursions to Trinidad, Viñales, and catch some rays on the beach. Bring your friends or make new friends for life in this adventure of a lifetime!
